Gymnasticals x Multi-Sports – Intermediate focuses on developing core fitness—including strength, power, flexibility, and coordination—while refining advanced gymnastics techniques and introducing complementary multi-sport skills.
Each week alternates between intensive gymnastics training—covering Fitness, Floor, Vault & Rebound, Apparatus, Pairs & Groups, Handheld Apparatus, and Dance & Aerobics—and dynamic multi-sport sessions designed to challenge agility, speed, and teamwork through a variety of engaging activities.
Participants are assessed and invited to join this programme, with coaches recommending additional sessions within our Core + programme as needed to ensure each gymnast is confident, capable, and ready to progress. This class provides a motivating, developmental pathway for young athletes aspiring to refine their skills and reach the next level.
